Check-In begins: Friday 12:00 p.m.           

Check-Out: Sunday

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by one of our receptionist. At this time, please provide proof of your NEGATIVE covid-19 test. If you are unable to do so, you will not be permitted to check-in.

LODGING ACCOMODATIONS

Lodging accommodations will be provided to you at no cost. Upon arrival you will be notified of your designated room and area. You will find your name attached to a card on your  room door. Please DO NOT alter or change any room assignments without proper communication and authorization.

PARKING POLICY

Parking for event guests is directly in front of the home. Please note that nearby areas may offer parking as well. 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Food and beverages will be provided for you. To ensure that you are able to indulge in our food selections, please state any dietary restrictions or allergies prior to your arrival by filling out the form below. If you do not have any dietary restrictions or allergies, you do not need to fill out this form.

LUGGAGE & PERSONAL ITEMS

Please ensure that you secure all personal items and belongings. DO NOT  leave any personal items behind. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of property during your stay.

PERSONAL CARE & HYGIENE

Guest are asked to adhere to the following hygiene requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

•  Maintain personal cleanliness by bathing regularly. 

• Oral hygiene (brushing of teeth) .

• Use deodorant/antiperspirant to minimize body odors.

• No heavily scented perfumes, colognes and lotions. These can cause allergic reactions, migraines and respiratory difficulty for other guests.

PHOTOS

Please be prepared to participate in group photos throughout the celebration. You are welcome to share any moments you capture with the host  and attendees. Please be mindful and respectful of the host and other guest when sharing photos with others and social media platforms. REMEMBER... Marriage is Sacred and intimate moments do not need the attention of everyone.

SWIM WEAR

Guest will have full access to an indoor and outdoor pool as well as the beach. Please bring appropriate clothing if you desire to enjoy these activities. YOU WILL need to bring your own beach towel. 

​

If you decide to visit the beach, please ensure you do not track sand back into the house or the indoor pool area.

 

SMOKING POLICY

All guest rooms and interior public space are 100 percent smoke-free. You will not be permitted to smoke on the property.
